Day 2 – Schedule

 COVID Safety Protocol

  • Vaccination: During on-site registration, all attendees will be required to show documentation of vaccination in the form of an original vaccination card, a printed copy of such vaccination card, or a digital version of such vaccination card along with an official ID matching the name displayed on the vaccination card. 

  • Documentation must show receipt of at least two doses of the applicable vaccine (one dose of J&J vaccine) no less than two (2) weeks prior to the start of the event.

  • Masks: Wear a mask based on your personal preference, informed by your personal level of risk.

  • Sanitizing and washing hands frequently are further Covid-19 safety protocols that we will practice. 

  • Symptoms: We require that anyone experiencing Covid-19 symptoms or risk factors to not attend in person. 

  • Caring for the Community: We encourage everyone to become familiar with the World Health Organization’s suggested safety precautions. The health and safety of our community is top priority, and per the CDC guidelines we will use all the preventive strategies available to prevent on-site transmission. We are very much looking forward to safely seeing you in person!
