The New Chapter

Work has changed dramatically the last few years.

Mental health and well-being has become increasingly important as companies manage a host of challenges.

Large numbers of people have taken a break from the workforce in “the great resignation,” while others have adjusted to a new work model.

How do we truly foster well-being in all aspects of work?

Join us in person in the Bay Area (or online) to explore, learn, and discover the next chapter of well-being @ work.

The Inner Dimension

Whether you are a manager, CEO, new hire, or solo entrepreneur, engaging with presence and clarity is essential in the workplace.

Responding to conflicts, deeply listening to others, knowing when to lead and when to step back, the so called “soft skills” are often the secret to any successful business.

The best leaders know: the inner dimension is key.

On this day, we will learn from a variety of speakers, representing both large and small organizations, who will share their lessons on what it means to lead wisely and purposefully in this new chapter of business.

This one day event, brought to you by Wisdom 2.0, will highlight best practices as we create the next chapter of well-being at work.
