“Taking a break from your devices is not about rejection; it’s about reflection.”

- Arianna Huffington

Dear Friends,

In our current world, unplugging from technology can feel nearly impossible. However, doing so can be immensely beneficial to our health.

When we step away from technology, whether it is for an hour, a day, or a week, we are able to reconnect with what matters most: our family, our friends, and ourselves.

For the month of February, we will gather in community to practice digitally detoxing. We will discover helpful methods to make unplugging easier and more beneficial in our daily lives.

Each week we will offer new videos on that week’s invitation:

  • Spending the first hour and last hour a day in non-digital activities

  • Removing apps from your phone

  • Taking a break from social media

  • Turning off notifications … And much more.

Of course, we all need to use and benefit from technology, but we also need balance.

The focus is to have the month of February as a New Year Digital Reset and nurture our analog life in the context of modern life. We will learn together.

BY DONATION. REGISTER BELOW.
