Dear Friends,
To start the new year, what is better than spending time deepening our practice in community?
Each Monday, we will have live guided meditations with select teachers, including Rhonda Magee, Sharon Salzberg, Roshi Joan Halifax, and Jon Kabat-Zinn. (See schedule below)
Every Friday, we will have a live meditation and community session.
WHY A PRESENCE SERIES?
In the rush of our lives, we can easily find ourselves thinking, “I just CANNOT find five minutes in my day to meditate.”
Yet somehow we DO find several hours to read the news, watch TV, or peruse social media. Go Figure.
What is most important can get the least attention in our lives.

We will meet live online every Monday and Friday mornings at 11am PST (2pm EST, 8pm CET).
