The Power of Presence: Mindfulness as a Daily Practice
BY DONATION (PAY WHAT YOU CAN)
Limited to first 1,000 people. Begins September 1st.

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
With Soren Gordhamer.
Dear Friends,
A regular or daily meditation practice can be one of the most fruitful ways to spend time in a day.
Whether it is 1 minute, 5 minutes, or one hour, meditation can help reconnect us to ourselves and what is most important.
However, we can easily find ourselves thinking, “I just CANNOT find five minutes in my day to meditate.”
Yet somehow we DO find several hours to read the news, watch TV, or peruse social media. Go Figure.
What is most important can get the least attention in our lives.
To support this effort, for the month of September, we will gather in community to practice together to help start (or sustain) a daily meditation practice.
To make this course accessible, it is completely by DONATION. Register here.
We will include live practice sessions, along with segments from the best of Wisdom 2.0 talks over the years from people like:
“Always say ‘yes’ to the present moment… Surrender to what is. Say ‘yes’ to life – and see how life starts suddenly to start working for you rather than against you.”
— Eckhart Tolle
“Mindfulness isn't difficult, we just need to remember to do it.”
— Sharon Salzeberg
“From the perspective of meditation, every state is a special state, every moment a special moment.”
— Jon Kabat-Zinn
“Take a moment to pause and see each other’s faces, take each other in—behold each other… And then, if you can, draw back the lens just a bit, and and see if you can behold this space and the characteristics of: who’s here?”
— Rhonda Magee
“You must have a desperate desire to see life as it really is, and you must not permit anything to keep you from that.”
— Trudy Goodman
“When we get too caught up in the busyness of the world, we lose connection with one another - and ourselves.”
— Jack Kornfield
And more…
The course will be led by Wisdom 2.0 Founder, Soren Gordhamer. We will have previous recorded sessions, and live guest teachers, including:
