 Values of Wisdom 2.022

Mindfulness

A core practice at Wisdom 2.0 is mindfulness, living in the present moment. Throughout the day, there are practices and talks focused on cultivating this essential quality.

Wisdom

Another core focus of Wisdom 2.0 is wisdom, and living with intention and purpose in our digital world.

Connection

It is one thing to be around a bunch of people; it is quite something else to have intimate and deep connections with those people. This is a primary focus of all our events.

Here’s what people say about Wisdom 2.0

When I think of Wisdom 2.0, I think of the most powerful teachers in the world, that are gathered in one place.
— Byron Katie
l attended the first five events and the last event. All were wonderful... We’ve turned the corner from merely focusing on the abstract and mystical to a more practical application and principles of mindfulness... and it’s mystical roots to day-to-day life.

Wisdom 2.0 is a conference tackling one of the biggest challenges of today’s age. Connect through technology, but do so in a way that supports a person’s well-being, work effectiveness, and is ultimately useful to the world.
